Rhonda Rowser has lived in Syracuse for 17 and a half years. She is truck driver for Wal-Mart and travels up and down the East Coast. Rhonda has been clean for almost 18 years and believes God brought her to Syracuse because she is meant to be here. In the United States, women make up 6.6% of 3.5 million truck drivers.
